Mediation
Mediation is a method of alternative dispute resolution where an independent, neutral third-party assists parties to a dispute resolve and settle their issues. Dispute resolution accomplished through mediation can avoid potentially protracted and expensive litigation.
Arbitration
Arbitration is a dispute resolution process in which your dispute is submitted to one or more independent, neutral third parties selected by the litigants for a decision, rather than to a judge. The proceeding is generally conducted much like a trial in that the parties can engage in discovery and present evidence and arguments.
Other Services
Although mediation and arbitration are by far the most common alternative methods of solving disputes, they are not the only types of ADR available. Our team can assist you in crafting a method of resolving your dispute that is best suited to your needs.
