Brett Coonrod is a graduate of the University of North Texas and the University of Kansas School of Law. He has practiced law for over 40 years representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases ranging from simple automobile cases to franchise disputes to complex tort litigation and is currently a founding member of Coonrod Law, LLC and Innovative Dispute Resolution, LLC. As a trained and experienced mediator, Jo Ellen Dyer is a founding member of Innovative Dispute Resolution, LLC. Pursuant to the rules of the Kansas Supreme Court, she is an approved mediator for civil mediation and as a Mentor Mediator. She is also a licensed attorney in both Kansas and Texas. In 2005, she earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and developed a passion for helping others discover the power that is derived from creative and mutual resolution of conflict.
